01What is Animo?
An automation platform for law firms that we set up and run for you. It connects the tools you already use and does the routine work between them: court papers and dates, case records, billing, payments and new-client intake. Your team approves what matters.
02Which systems does it work with?
Most case software, including Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Smokeball, Filevine and CosmoLex, plus Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, LawPay and more. Using something else? Ask us. We connect to most systems.
03Do we have to set anything up?
No. We do the setup. We build each automation around how your office works and test it with your team. You keep using your tools the way you do today.
04How does Animo keep us posted?
In the Animo app on your phone. Each week your assistant sends you a short update, like a text: what got done and what needs your yes. Tap a card to see the details or approve, and ask it questions any time. Messages stay in your firm's private system, and phone alerts never show client names or case details.
05Who approves the work?
Your team does. Every new automation starts by asking the people you choose. Routine steps can then run on their own, and you can switch any automation back to asking at any time.
06How is our client data protected?
Each firm gets its own private system on Amazon Web Services. Your data is encrypted, stays in the United States, and is never shared with another firm or used to train models. You can export it at any time.
07What is the free Checkup?
After your demo, we take a read-only look at your case software. We show you what is missing or late, like cases without court dates or work that was never billed, and what Animo would take off your plate. It costs nothing.
